1. Table 3 shows the frequency and percentage distribution of the managers and
employees according to age. Most or 22% of the respondents were at the age of 22-25 while least
or 4% ages 18-21.

According to M. Backman & C. Karlsson (2020), the age of the operational manager is
vital for small and young firms. One-employee firms with older operational managers/owners
have greater survival. Hence, the findings of the study suggest that younger ages have a high
percentage in distribution of the managers and employees.

2. Table 5 shows the frequency and percentage distribution of the employees an manager
according to academic performance. Majority of the respondents has a very satisfactory in
academic performance with 25 (50%) while least or 2 (4%) has a very unsatisfactory academic
performance.

This only shows that the academic performance of both employees and managers has a
very satisfactory percentage. That concurs with the findings of Akpan and Ita (2013) who
revealed among others that the participation in seminar/workshops can boost academic
performance in work.

3. Table 10 explains the frequency and percentage distribution of students with respects
to their experiences in having their practicum. Most or 20 (40%) of the respondents states that
they learn to adapt the opportunities while least or 5 (10%) experienced to learn different ways of
entertainment and communication.

According to Radu Venter (2020), Practicum is an important part to every student,

providing a learning environment to develop new skills and adjust their previous practice.  It is
meant to provide students a bridge between the classroom and the practice environment they will
soon enter. Hence, most of the students having practicum learn to adapt the opportunities.

4. Table 11 presents the frequency and percentage distribution of students with respect to
their expectation on their job opportunities or future occupation. Most or 16 (32%) of the
participants is dissatisfied with expectation on their expected career while least or 2 (4%) is very
much satisfied.

According to FORBES (2015) some students researched their field of choice before

determining what major to pursue in college. Hence, most of the students of ABC are dissatisfied
with their future occupation.
5. Table 13 shows the frequency and percentage distribution of student’s response
towards the importance of employment. Most or 18 (36%) of the respondents are very satisfied
with their income, practiced of what they have learned, imparting/sharing knowledge and to have
an experience while least or 6 (12%) with unsatisfactory rating.

According to Granovetter (1973), students with internship experience have an enlarged

professional network and are more aware of potential labour market opportunities, which in turn
could improve hiring chances with other employers. Hence, least of the students have a
unsatisfactory rating.
