Students needing to register for research credit hours should register for the following:

MS students: ENVENG 6999 for Environmental Engineering graduate track students/faculty advisors or CIVENG 6999 for all other graduate tracks/faculty advisors.

PhD students: ENVENG 8999 for Environmental Engineering graduate track students/faculty advisors or CIVENG 8999 for all other graduate tracks/faculty advisors.

For course registration that requires instructor permission, in lieu of emailing the Graduate School, CEGSP students may forward instructor permission to the CEGE Graduate Program Coordinator for processing. Include the following information:

All students ready to complete final or candidacy examinations should reference the CEGSP Graduate Handbook for program specific requirements and procedures. Students completing final examinations and planning to graduate should also review the Graduation Information section below.

MS students (thesis and nonthesis) ready to complete final examinations should review the Graduate School's policies on Master's Degree examinations.

PhD students ready to apply for candidacy or complete their final oral examination (thesis/dissertation defense) should review the Graduate School's policies on Doctoral Degee examinations.

MS and PhD students who would like to invite members of the CEGE community to attend the public portion of their final oral examination can forward the following information to the Graduate Program Coordinator and an announcement will be shared with department members via email:

Students ready to apply for graduation should do the following:

Make sure the Graduate Program Coordinator has your completed, up-to-date Study Plan on file.

Follow the Graduate School's Final Semester Guidelines for PhD and MS degrees to complete all final semester requirements.
