Following the opening of the TzekHaar Front, all of them became dead or wounded.
Upon the release of Nodon Front they spawned at the entrance to the city, walk to the fountain, and then deliver the supplies through the cathedral to the soldiers just north-west of it. After delivering the supplies, they teleport out and spawn at the entrance again shortly after. Attempting to talk to them prompts the player character to suggest not to disturb them. Before the release of TzekHaar Front more druids with and without supplies were added around the fountain.
The ones not carrying supplies can't be interacted with, other than being examined.
