Guard captain Sofía is an ex-dark warrior appearing in Dead and Buried. She is recommended by Overseer Siv to interview for being the new captain of the Fort Guards while the player and the Raptor are away from the fort. Players will promote her to guard captain and assign her to manage the Ranger's Workroom so to train the fort guards to use ranged weaponry.

When she is interviewed, she doesn't have any options when right-clicked or long-tapped.

• Her name is spelt with an acute accent over the i, which is the Spanish rendering of the name. It indicates the second syllable of the name has the stressed vowel, instead of the first as the name is usually pronounced in English. However, text in-game is sometimes inconsistent with the spelling.
