The title the Totally Quackers can be unlocked by digging up 10 hidden little toy ducks during The Beach event and owning either the mega ducklings or Mod Dolan's rubber duck.
Upon unlocking the title, the player receives the message: You have all your ducks in a row! You have unlocked the title: Player the Totally Quackers
