The Clawdia balloon is obtained as a drop by defeating Clawdia at The Beach. All players fighting Clawdia will receive it upon defeating her or after she despawns, if not already owned.

The balloon was made obtainable via a hotfix on 29 August 2017. Prior to that, this item was found in the game cache and mentioned in the Summer Beach Party update but was unobtainable in game.
