since they will be the factors whether the company will be high demand based
on the products or services provided.
As an entrepreneur and business company which are new in this business

Due to high potential and population of people especially students, this

It is a strategic place because the location is nearby the residential area,
educational institutions, schools and new established gym.Therefore, we could
see there is a bright opportunity for this business to penetrate into the market
there and give high return. Aesthetics.co was founded and managed by six (6)
people. These six partners will then further explain in partner’s background
section.
Our daily operation is decided to be longer than other printing shops.
We operate for 14 hours a day so that customers do not have to be in a hurry
to steal time to send or pick their printing. We also provide delivery services
for university’s students. This is because many of them do have transportation
problems. From time to time, we will find new strategies to attract more
customers and making them loyal customers.

INTRODUCTION
In order to open and run a business, administration aspect need to be

taken seriously to ensure the business run smoothly and effectively. The
performance, growth and survival of the business depend on managerial skills
and capabilities. The manager should have administration function such as
planning, controlling, organizing, and leading the company. The
administration task are including plan and set the objective or gold of the
business and ensure the business achieve the gold that have been set
successfully. The administration also has to arrange the organizational
structure and do a working schedule. In this organizational plan also include
the employees’ salaries, protect the employee’s welfare compensation and
fringe benefits, recruiting, provide the office equipment and furniture and
fitting in the office to ensure the employees comfortable working
environment. Lastly, all calculated budget regarding to the administration
department is included in this plan.
Besides, it also to ensure the partnership and the employees get the acceptable
salaries like stated in the agreement and take care about employees’ welfare
such as SOCSO, EPF and leaves such as medical leaves, annual leave and
maternity leaves. Thus in Asethetics.co, which will focus selling protein
supplements because we can see that people nowadays are starting to aware of
their health. We chose to create this company that not only focusing in
demand but also want to provide premium protein supplements which are
halal.

Introduction
The operational plan helps to keep the business and ourselves balanced as
we start and grow our business. The operational plan does present detailed
information specifically to direct people to perform the day-to-day tasks required
in the running the organisation. Organisation management and staff should

Aesthetics Co. believed that our product can stand the test of time and survive in
the fitness industry.
Objective
The objective of operation is to ensure an effective flow of production in
making high quality protein. One other thing that is noted is in minimizing
production cost with efficient and smooth running operation. Hence, our
business is able to manage financial in producing the product efficiently. Besides
that, the objective is to make sure the quality of the product met the quality it is
commercialized as, and also to meet the demand of our consumers. In addition,
the objective is to give a clearer picture of workers’ task and responsibilities.
