Reflection
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, most individuals had to manage with the limitations of the
lockdown, clearing out them to their fears, frailty and confinement. On the other hand, due to
the unexpected extra time there was room for modern encounters and for individual reflections on what
is basic in life, to see nature and relations more deliberately etc. We, in this manner, aiming to
analyze seen changes of states of mind and behaviors during the time of lockdown, and whether
these perceptions would contribute to personal wellbeing amid the pandemic.

Activity 1 kung maibabalik ko lang

Walk in nature.

 When you require a change of view, but aren’t feeling a more strongly workout, going

for a walk is going to come in clutch. Not only will it get you out of the house,
but if you choose your destination wisely, it can truly de-stress you as well.

Lace up for a run.

 As long as you’re able to social distance, running is a good choice if you want to
get out of the house and get in a cardio workout at the same time.

Being warm, caring and affectionate with your child helps to build strong family
relationships. Positive attention is also important for building strong relationships in your
family. Strong families communicate well about good and bad things. This allows them to
celebrate together when times are good and to talk about problems when times are tough.
This creates a safe place for children to share difficult feelings like embarrassment,
confusion or shame. And it strengthens family members’ relationships with each other.
