Tombar is a resident of Keldagrim, the bustling capital city of the Dwarven Realm. Tombar can be found on the city's west side, wandering the gardens outside Keldagrim Palace.
Tombar's most distinctive feature, though, is his height. For reasons unknown, Tombar stands more than a head taller than the average dwarf, making him nearly as tall as most humans.
Unlike most residents of Keldagrim, Tombar is not yet involved with any quests, and does not hand out minitasks to players.

- update 2 October 2013 (Update):
- To go along with Birthright of the Dwarves, every dwarf in the game is now up to date with stunning new graphics. The graphics team have really outdone themselves, giving every dwarf in Gielinor a character all their own, as well as the tough, stocky frames they deserve.
