The Pastkeeper amulet is an item used in Extinction, received while speaking to the Pastkeeper during the evacuation of Iaia. Following the quest, the player can hand it to Sharrigan while in the Dream of Iaia. This completes Out of the Past. Afterwards, the player will be able to hear Pastkeeper Stories from Ilujanka that they have trained with.

If the amulet is lost, a replacement can be obtained from Vicendithas, but only after unlocking the entrance to the Dream of Iaia.
