CX3CR1
CX3CR1프랙탈카인 수용체 또는 G-단백 결합 수용체 13(GPR13)이라고도 알려진 CX3C 케모킨 수용체 1(CX3CR1)은 인간에서 CX3CR1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5][6]이름에서 알 수 있듯이 이 수용체는 케모킨 CX3CL1(신경탁틴 또는 프랙탈킨이라고도 한다)을 결합한다.
함수
프랙탈카인 리간드 CX3CL1은 백혈구의 접착과 이동에 관여하는 투과성 단백질과 케모카인이다.CX3CR1 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 프랙탈카인 리간드의 수용체다.[7]
이 수용체의 표현은 림프구와 관련이 있는 것으로 보인다.[8]CX3CR1도 단세포에 의해 표현되며 단세포의 생존에 큰 역할을 한다.[9]
프랙탈카인 신호는 또한 최근 중추신경계의 미세글리아를 그들의 시냅스 목표물로 이동시키는 데 발달적인 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌는데, 그 곳에서 혈소판과 시냅스 교양이 일어난다.CX3CR1 녹아웃 생쥐는 야생 생쥐보다 해마 뉴런에 시냅스가 더 많았다.[10]
임상적 유의성
CX3CR1은 또한 HIV-1의 핵심 수용체로서, 이 유전자의 일부 변화는 HIV-1 감염에 대한 민감도를 증가시키고 에이즈로 빠르게 진전시킨다.[7]
CX3CR1 변형은 근위축성 측경화증 환자의 생존 시간과 진행률을 수정하기 위해 설명되었다.[11]
CX3CR1의 돌연변이는 고관절 이형화와 관련이 있다.[12]동형체 CX3CR1-M280 돌연변이는 인간의 단세포 생존을 저해하고 인간 전신 칸디아의 결과를 악화시킨다.[13]
