C-C 케모킨 수용체 타입 1은 인간에서 CCR1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5]
CCR1도 최근 CD191(분화 191 클러스터)으로 지정되었다.
함수
이 유전자는 G단백질 결합 수용체에 속하는 베타 케모카인 수용체 계열의 구성원을 암호화한 것이다.이 수용체의 리간드는 CCL3(또는 MIP-1 알파), CCL5(또는 RANTES), CCL7(또는 MCP-3) 및 CCL23(또는 MPIF-1)을 포함한다.신호 전도를 중재하는 케모카인과 그 수용체는 이펙터 면역세포를 염증 부위로 채용하는 데 매우 중요하다.쥐의 호몰로그의 녹아웃 연구는 염증 반응으로부터 숙주를 보호하는 데 있어서 이 유전자의 역할을 제안했고 바이러스와 기생충에 대한 민감성을 제안했다.이 유전자와 다른 케모카인 수용체 유전자는 CCR2, CCRL2, CCR3, CCR5, CXCR1 등 3p 염색체에 유전자 군집을 형성하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.[6]
상호작용
CCR1은 CCL5와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[7][8]
