EIF2AK4진핵 변환 개시 인자 2-알파키나제 4는 인간에서 EIF2에 의해 인코딩되는 효소다.AK4유전자.[5][6]
EIF2AK4는 다양한 세포 스트레스에 대응하여 단백질 합성을 낮추기 위해 진핵 변환 개시 인자-2(EIF2S1, MIM 603907)의 알파 서브 유닛을 인산화한 키나제군에 속한다(Berlanga et al., 1999).[OMIM에 의해 제공][6]
