Husbands, love your wives, as Christ also loved the assembly, and delivered Himself up for it,

that they may train the young women to be lovers of their husbands, lovers of their children,

And to the married I give command??ot I, but the Lord??hat the wife depart not from her husband;

the wives, to their own husbands, as to the Lord;

And I myself also have become persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye yourselves also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.

Not as shaming you, do I write these things, but as my beloved children, admonishing you.

And, fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts, to God.

And we exhort you, brethren, admonish the disorderly, encourage the fainthearted, support the weak, be long-suffering toward all.

"And every one who hears these words of Mine, and does them not, shall be likened to a foolish man, who, indeed, built his house upon the sand:

To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I may, by all means, save some.

And we exhort you, brethren, admonish the disorderly, encourage the fainthearted, support the weak, be long-suffering toward all.

In all things I showed you that, thus laboring, ye ought to help the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive."

Now we, the strong, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

for I hungered, and ye gave Me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took Me in; naked, and ye clothed Me; I was sick, and ye looked after Me; I was in prison, and ye came to Me.'

But, if your enemy hungers, feed him; if he thirsts, give him drink; for, in doing this, you will heap coals of fire upon his head.

but I say to you, Love your enemies; and pray for those who persecute you;

If, however, ye fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," ye do well;

A second is this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

Love works no ill to one's neighbor: therefore, love is a fulfillment of the law.

And when did we see Thee a stranger, and took Thee in; or naked, and clothed Thee? And, when did we see Thee sick, or in prison, and came to Thee?' "And, answering, the King will say to them, 'Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it to one of My brethren, even the least, ye did it to Me.' Then will He say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, ye accursed! into the eternal fire which was prepared for the Devil and his angels; for I hungered, and ye did not give Me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave Me no drink; I was a stranger, and ye took Me not in; naked, and ye did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and ye did not look after Me.' "Then will they also answer, saying, 'Lord, when did we see Thee hungering, or thirsting, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to Thee?' "Then will He answer them, saying, 'Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it not to one of these least, ye did it not to Me!' "And these shall go away into age-lasting punishment, but the righteous into age-lasting life."

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, tempting Him, saying, "Teacher, by doing what shall I inherit eternal life?" And He said to him, "What has been written in the law? How do you read?" And he, answering, said, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself." read more.
And He said to him, "You answered right; do this, and you shall live." But he, wishing to justify himself, said to Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?" And Jesus, answering, said, "A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers; who, both stripping him and inflicting blows, went away, leaving him half dead. And by chance, a certain priest was going down that way; and, seeing him, he passed by on the opposite side. And, on the morrow, taking out two denaries, he gave them to the host, and said, 'Take care of him; and whatsoever you expend additional, I, when I return, will repay you.' Which, therefore, of these three seems to you to have become neighbor of him who fell among the robbers?" And he said, "He that dealt kindly with him." And Jesus said to him, "Go, and do likewise."

and may the Lord make you increase and abound in love toward one another, and toward all, as we also do toward you,

Let brotherly love continue.

If, however, ye fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," ye do well;

See that no one render to any one evil for evil; but always pursue that which is good, toward one another, and toward all. Rejoice always: pray without ceasing. read more.
In everything give thanks; for this is God's will in Christ Jesus respecting you. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings; but prove all things, hold fast that which is good. Let deacons be husbands of one wife, presiding well over their own children and their own houses.

Having purified your souls in your obedience to the truth unto unfeigned brotherly love, love one another from the heart earnestly;

Beloved, let us love one another; because love is of God, and every one that loves has been begotten of God, and knows God.

Let love be without hypocrisy; abhorring that which is evil; cleaving to that which is good;

For this, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not kill," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet;" and, if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this word, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Masters, render justice and equity to your servants, knowing that ye also have a Master in Heaven.

Let as many as are slaves under a yoke account their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and the teaching be not blasphemed.

Servants, obey your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;

for whosoever wishes to save his soul shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his soul for My sake shall find it;

A second like it is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

And, masters, do the same thing to them, forbearing the threat; knowing that both their Master and yours is in Heaven, and there is no respect of persons with Him.

Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the perverse.

Heal the sick; raise the dead; cleanse the lepers; cast oat demons; freely ye received, freely give.

according as each one received a gift, ministering it among yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God;

Exhort servants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well-pleasing in all things; not contradicting,

that they may train the young women to be lovers of their husbands, lovers of their children,

And He said to all, "If any one wishes to come after Me, let him disown himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

We must work the works of Him Who sent Me, while it is day. Night is coming, when no one can work.

having a remembrance of the unfeigned faith which is in you; which, indeed, dwelt first in your grand-mother Lois, and your mother Eunice; and, I have become persuaded, in you also.
