    I fully understand that my child/ward is in no way compelled by Republic Central Colleges to engage in the
    forgoing employment.

    I hereby guarantee my child/ward’s good behavior and actuations during his/her employment and shall keep
    Republic Central Colleges, its administrators, officers and staff, free and harmless from any and all liability
    arising from the fault or negligence of my child/ward.

    I am fully aware of the risks involved, particularly possible injury or damage to property arising from
    fortuitous events, acts of nature, or the fault or negligence of the student and/or third parties.

    I am also fully aware of the risks of contracting Covid-19 at the workplace, and during the travel to and
    therefrom. I guarantee that my child/ward has been made aware of the same by me, and knows his/her
    lawful duties to himself/herself and other persons in relation thereto.

    I hereby waive any and all rights to claim from Republic Central Colleges, its administrators, faculty and staff
    for any injury, damage to property or illness my child/ward may sustain by reason of the forgoing during
    his/her employment in Republic Central Colleges.

    I hereby further acknowledge that this CONSENT, WAIVER & QUITCLAIM may be pleaded as a bar to any
    complaint, suit, action or proceeding which may be taken of instituted on behalf of my child/ward against
    Republic Central Colleges before any court of justice, administrative agency or tribunal.
