Circle MRT Line(CCL)은 SMRT Corporation이 운영하는 싱가포르의 중형급행철도 노선입니다.현재 미완성 루프를 운행하고 있으며, 싱가포르 시내의 Dhoby Ghaut역에서 중앙의 Bishan역을 경유하여 남쪽의 HarbourFront역까지 운행하고 있습니다.또한 Promenade 역에서 Marina Bay 역까지 지선이 있으며, 향후 Harbourfront 역까지 확장되어 완전한 루프가 형성될 예정입니다.철도 지도에서 주황색으로 표시된[2] 완전 지하 노선은 35.5km(22.1mi)의 길이로 30개의 역이 있습니다.노선의 한쪽 끝에서 다른 쪽 끝까지 이동하는 데 약 1시간이 걸린다.

이 노선은 싱가포르에서 두 번째로 완전히 자동화되어 운전자가 없는 노선으로 세계에서 가장 긴 무인 고속 철도 [3]노선 중 하나이다.이 노선은 또한 싱가포르 최초의 중형 용량 노선이며, Circle Line 열차인 C830과 C830C는 각각 3량 구성으로 되어 있습니다.

역사

오리지널 플랜

1997년에 발표된 마리나 MRT 선; 18개의 역이 이 선에 계획되었다.

서클 라인은 홍여닝([4]洪 hong寧) 당시 통신정보부 장관이 인구 증가와 수요가 느리다는 점을 지적하며 "4백만 명이 되면 실현될 수 있을 것"이라고 말한 1989년으로 거슬러 올라간다.

제안된 노선에 대한 타당성 조사는 1994년 10월 11일에 시작되었다.이 노선은 1997년 10월 16일에 처음 발표되었다.이 노선은 마리나 센터와 마리나 사우스 신도심을 운행하며, 칼랑 역이나 파야 르바르 역 중 하나를 경유하여 차이나타운과 도비 고우트로 가는 여러 지선을 운행한다.이 노선은 탄종파가르 [5]역까지 연장할 수 있는 18개의 역을 가질 계획이었다.노선의 [6]계획은 1998년 6월 12일 정부에 의해 확정되고 승인되었다.그러나 마리나 사우스에서의 높은 비용과 개발 부족으로 인해 차이나타운 지점은 1999년 11월에 철거되었고, 도비 고우트에서 스타디움 [7][8][9]역까지 6개 역으로 노선이 축소되었다.떼어낸 다리의 일부는 나중에 다운타운 [10]노선의 일부가 되었다.한편, 2001년 [11]4월 28일에 상부 파야 레바로의 추가 연장이 발표되었다.

초기 단계 구축

비산역 건설.

1단계는 2002년 3월 13일, 2단계는 2002년 9월 5일, 3단계는 2003년 5월, 4단계와 5단계는 2005년 1월에 착공되었다.당초 2006년부터 2010년까지 단계적으로 개통될 계획이었으나, 67억 싱가포르 달러의 비용을 들여 Nicoll Highway 붕괴로 인해 1단계 개통이 2009년으로 연기되었다.2011년 10월 8일 이 라인이 완전히 개통되었을 때, 건설 비용은 거의 [21][22]100억 싱가포르 달러로 증가했습니다.붕괴로 인해, 이 역은 원래 100미터(330피트) [23]떨어진 곳의 3분의 2 크기의 새로운 장소로 이전되었다.Circle Line의 3개 역은 처음에는 '쉘 스테이션'으로 설계되었지만, 그 중 2개 역인 Caldecott와 Haw Par Villa(이전에는 Thomson과 West Coast)를 개업하기로 결정되었고, Bukit Brown 역은 이 [21]노선에서 유일하게 개업하지 않았다.

노선의 첫 번째 구간인 3단계 구간은 바틀리에서 메리마운트까지 이어지는 5km(3.1mi) 구간으로 [24][25]2009년 5월 28일에 개통되었다.이 섹션의 최초 승객 수는 추정치 55,000ppd가 아닌 일일 승객(ppd)[26] 32,000명으로 추정치보다 낮았다.2009년 8월 17일 전체 노선의 터널 공사가 완료되었다.[27]1단계와 2단계는 2010년 [28][29]4월 17일에 운영을 시작했으며, 4단계와 5단계(Marymount에서 HarbourFront 역까지)[30][31][32][33]는 2011년 10월 8일에 운영을 시작했다.마리나 베이까지 2역 연장선이 2012년 [34][35][36][37]1월 14일에 개통되었다.

서클 라인 6단계

2013년 1월 17일, 당시 교통부 장관이었던 Lui Tuck Yew는 2025년까지 [38]완공을 목표로 하는 'Circle Line 6 Stage'를 발표했다.이 4km 연장은 [39][40]마리나 베이와 하버프론트 사이를 운행할 것이다.이 연장선은 하버프론트 역과 마리나 베이 역 사이의 통근자들을 연결하고 센트럴 비즈니스 지구의 남쪽 가장자리로 철도 네트워크를 확장할 것입니다.2015년 10월 29일, LTA는 스테이지 6의 역 위치를 발표했으며, 역의 운영 이름은 케펠, 캔터넌트, 프린스에드워드이다.2016년부터 [41][42][43]2017년 사이에 입찰이 요구되었다.

2017년 5월 15일, LTA는 세 개의 MRT 역의 이름을 제안하거나 현재의 [44][45]이름을 유지할 것을 제안하기 위해 대중을 초대했다.케펠 역과 광둥 역은 이름을 유지하였고 프린스 에드워드 역은 '프린스 에드워드 로드'[46] 역으로 변경되었다.

스테이지 6의 건설은 2017년 말에 시작되었다.중국 국가 건설 엔지니어링(싱가포르 지사)과 니시마츠 건설이 합작하여 새로운 케펠 MRT 역과 관련 터널 [47][48]건설 계약을 따냈다.

라인의 6단계는 현재 COVID-19 [49]대유행으로 인한 지연으로 인해 2026년까지 완료될 것으로 예상된다.CCL6 터널링 공사는 2022년 1월 12일 완료되었으며 프린스 에드워드 로드 역에서 광둥멘테이션 역까지 [50]마지막 터널이 뚫렸다.광둥 역과 인접한 프린스 에드워드 로드 역 사이의 터널은 구 탄종 파가르 역의 6.7미터(22피트) 아래에 건설되었다.터널링 공사에 앞서 터널이 건물의 기초를 통과하지 않도록 하기 위해 광범위한 조사가 실시되었다.철도역의 전면과 내부를 보호하기 위해 구조물이 세워졌고 건물 [51]침하를 감시하기 위해 감시 장치가 설치되었다.케펠 역으로 가는 터널을 건설하기 위해 케펠 고가교는 새로운 미세 말뚝으로 고가교를 지탱하면서 면밀하게 감시해야 했다.터널링 공사를 [52]위해 천공된 말뚝 3개를 제거했다.

고속도로 사고

2004년 4월 20일, 터널 건설에 사용된 옹벽이 무너지면서 Circle Line용으로 건설되던 터널의 일부가 붕괴되었다.이 사건은 메르데카 다리에서 멀지 않은 니콜 고속도로 역 예정지 근처에서 발생했다.이 사고로 폭 150m, 길이 100m, 깊이 30m의 붕괴 지대가 생겼다.근로자 4명이 숨지고 3명이 [53]다쳤다.

수사 결과, 주계약자인 니시마츠 건설회사, 합작회사 Lum Chang 건설회사와 그 임원, 그리고 붕괴의 책임이 있는 육상 교통국의 주요 간부들이 발견되었다.사고와 [53]관련해 다른 여러 명의 공무원과 하청업체들이 견책과 경고를 받았다.

이 사고로 2008년에 개통될 예정이던 서클 라인의 1단계 구간이 2009년에 완공되었다.해당 역은 사고 현장에서 약 100m(330ft) 떨어진 곳으로 이동했으며 현재 리퍼블릭 애비뉴에 위치하고 있습니다.

이 사고는 또한 미래의 모든 MRT 선로 건설에 대한 안전 규정을 강화하는 결과를 낳았다.니콜 하이웨이 역의 이동은 또한 그것이 더 이상 부킷 티마 선의 종착역 역할을 할 수 없다는 것을 의미했고, 현재의 다운타운 [citation needed]선의 생성에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다.

기타 사고

2007년 8월 16일, 건축 및 건설 당국(BCA)은 텔록 블랑가 도로와 알렉산드라 도로의 교차로에 가까운 7미터(23피트) 길이의 2개 차선이 그날 [54]저녁 약 20센티미터(7.9) 침하된 후, 공사 중지 명령을 내리고 건설업자의 터널링 허가를 취소했다.

회선의 중단

35.5km(22.1mi)의 Circle 노선은 싱가포르 중부 지역의 Dhoby Ghaut에서 북쪽으로 Serangoon과 Bishan, 남쪽으로 HarbourFront까지 불완전한 루프를 형성하고 있으며, Promenade에서 Marina Bay Station까지 지선이 있어 향후 HarborFront까지 연장될 예정입니다.완전 지하 순환 루트는 다른 MRT [64]회선과도 여러 링크를 만듭니다.이 노선은 도비 가우트 역에서 시작되는데, 도비 가우트 역은 남북 및 북동부 [65]노선과 교차하여 동쪽으로 이동하고 브라스 바사 로드와 래플스 대로와 평행한 후, 프로메나드 역에서 서클 선 연장선과 합류하며, 시내 [66][67]선과도 교차한다.이 노선은 프로메나데 역에서 칼랑 [68]분지 아래를 지나 북쪽으로, 동쪽으로 갑니다.스타디움 역과 다코타 [69]역 사이에 스타디움 대로와 올드 에어포트 로드와 평행한 노선이 북쪽으로 계속되며, 파야 레바 로드와 어퍼 파야 레바 로드 경로를 따라 이스트 웨스트 선과 교환됩니다.

Rolling stock

The rolling stock for the Circle Line uses electric multiple unit (EMU) trains operating in a three-car configuration, with four doors per side on each carriage and can accommodate of up to 931 passengers in each trainsets.[116] It consists of 40 first-generation Alstom Metropolis trains were supplied under contract C830.[117][118] They are built in France by Alstom between 2006–2008.[116] They are stabled at Kim Chuan Depot, which was the world's largest underground depot when it opened in 2009.[119] To increase the capacity of the Circle Line, an additional 24 second-generation Alstom Metropolis trains were supplied under contract C830C, a similar in design to the first-generation trains, were delivered to Singapore from July 2014.[120][121] They are also built in Shanghai, China by Alstom between 2014–2016.[116] To facilitate the extension of the line with the construction of Stage 6, a tender for additional trains for the line was published on 31 March 2017.[122] To increase the capacity of the Circle Line for Circle Line Stage 6, an additional 23 third-generation Alstom Metropolis trains were supplied under contract C851E with the first train set arrived in Singapore on 11 March 2022.[123]

The automated CBTC system on board relies on "continuous two-way digital communication" between each controlled train and the control centre.

Train control

The Circle Line is equipped with Alstom Urbalis 300 Communications-based train control (CBTC) moving block signalling system on the MASTRIA system with Automatic train control (ATC) under Automatic train operation (ATO) GoA 4 (UTO).[124][125] The subsystems consist of Automatic train protection (ATP) to govern train speed, Iconis Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) to track and schedule trains and Smartlock Computer-based interlocking (CBI) system that prevents incorrect signal and track points to be set.

Train Data Management System (TDMS) which concentrate and dispatch the rolling stock information with fixed equipment. The IAGO Waveguide communications network has the capability to transmit video and is almost maintenance-free. Base stations are located within the signalling equipment room.

Automatic platform screen doors supplied by Westinghouse provide safety for commuters, offering protection from arriving and departing trains.[126]
