cAMP 특이적 3', 5'-사이클 포스포디에스테라아제 4A는 PDE4A [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 효소이다.
기능.
이 유전자에 의해 코드된 단백질은 순환 뉴클레오티드 포스포디에스테라아제(PDE) 패밀리 및 PDE4 서브패밀리에 속합니다.이 PDE는 2차 전달자인 cAMP를 가수분해하는데, cAMP는 세포외 신호에 대한 많은 세포 반응의 조절자 및 매개자이다.따라서, cAMP의 세포 농도를 조절함으로써, 이 단백질은 많은 중요한 생리적 [6]과정에서 중요한 역할을 한다.최근에는 PDE4A가 불안과 감정기억 [7]조절에 역할을 할 수 있다는 사실이 PDE4A 녹아웃 마우스를 통해 밝혀졌다.
