Seppan was an Imcando dwarf. He is featured in RuneScape: The Gift of Guthix, where he is described as a muscular, bald dwarf with a dark-haired forked beard.
In year 42 of the Fifth Age, he arrived to Falador as leader of a delegation from Camdozaal. The Imcando had been looking to triple their allotment of fire runes from Asgarnia, a request which Zanmaron considered unlikely to be met without increasing the number of expeditions to the Rune Essence mine. The dwarves presented the Council of Falador and mages of the Wizards' Tower with some examples of their work, including a warhammer made of orikalkum, a material which they hadn't smelted since the God Wars. It required dragonfire to heat, but they could replicate the intensity of the flames thanks to the use of runes.
