Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, wants to have more children with boyfriend Le Vaughn, according to TMZ.
The admission comes amid her battle with cancer, which she revealed last month.
In the clip obtained by the outlet, Le appears to be filming the conversation between him and Bhad, with him asking her if she wanted to have more kids.
The star answered that she wants two more kids with him after she was done with her treatment.
Le asked her to clarify what treatment, and she just said 'We gotta wait until after my medicine.'
The couple already share daughter Kali Love, whom they welcomed in March 2024.

When Le told her in the clip that he wants 10 kids total, the star looked shocked.
It is unclear where Le posted the footage but the outlet noted it was on his social media.
Bhad Bhabie has not elaborated on the type of cancer she has, but told fans she was taking 'cancer medicine' last month after her recent weight loss sparked concern.
She did not confirm if she has cancer and only said the weight loss was the result of 'cancer medicine.'
In response to concerned comments fans have made about her significantly slimmed-down figure, she posted a note on her Instagram stories.
'I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose weight. Im slowly gaining it back,' she wrote. 'So stop running w the worst narratives [sic].'
Her mother Barbara Ann Bregoli went on to confirm that her daughter is in fact battling cancer - in response to critics who questioned if she really did have cancer.
In an expletive-ridden video uploaded to her Instagram, Barbara said she was feeling 'pretty heated right now at Maria, AKA Perez Hilton for going on YouTube and talking about my daughter releasing on her Instagram Story about her having cancer and saying he wouldn't pass it by her that she was making it up.'
'How dare you,' you little vile piece of s**t say my daughter would lie about something like that. Okay? You're a dad!' the star's mom stated.

She went on to suggest the American blogger (born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr.), 46, needs to focus on his two children Mario Armando Lavandeira III, 11, and Mia Alma Lavandeira, seven, who were both born via surrogate, and not hers.
'Go find another way to make some money beside talking s**t about other people,' she fired. 'How dare you. And, I pray to God that none of your children never get cancer, okay? I've had it twice. How dare you say my daughter is faking this.'
According to Barbara's Instagram bio, she has personally survived breast cancer twice.
Her post was in response to Perez's YouTube video, titled 'SHOCKING News! Bhad Bhabie Reveals Cancer Diagnosis. BUT….'
In the video, he asked his fans if they believed she was lying for attention.
'I'm going to say it there is also a possibility that she might have pulled a Lil Tay. I don't know if she's lying, I'm not claiming she's lying, I'm just knowing these types of people operate I wouldn't put it past her to do something like this for attention,' he said.
Adding: 'I hope that's the case cuz it would suck if she had or still has cancer at such a young age.'
TMZ confirmed with a family source that the star was battling cancer and was getting care from a doctor.

Danielle announced she had given birth on March 15 to their daughter Kali Love
Last week, she was seen arriving to LAX airport in Los Angeles - where she gave her first health update since revealing her cancer diagnosis.
When asked how she has been holding up, the mom-of-one (born Danielle Bregoli) hesitantly shared that she was doing 'okay' before heading inside to catch her flight.
The performer admitted that she was 'not prepared' to speak about her health battle just yet.
Just two days earlier, she stepped out for an early dinner at SugarFish in Calabasas with boyfriend Le.
This marked the first time she was seen out in public since informing fans that her sudden weight loss was due to her 'cancer medicine' on Instagram.
In July, she accused Le of domestic abuse while sharing harrowing social media posts of the injuries he allegedly caused her.
They reconciled soon after her accusations.
