아크촉매라는 상표명으로 판매되는 라일라셉트는 가족성 감기 자가염증후군, 머클– 등 크라이오피린 관련 주기증후군을 치료하기 위해 사용되는 약물이다.웰스 증후군, 인터루킨-1 수용체 길항제 결핍, 재발성 심막염.[1][2][3]Rilonacept는 인터루킨 1 억제제다.[4]
Rilonacept is a dimeric fusion protein consisting of the ligand-binding domains of the extracellular portions of the human interleukin-1 receptor component (IL-1R1) and IL-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAcP) linked in-line to the fragment-crystallizable portion (Fc region) of human IgG1 that binds and neutralizes IL-1.[5]
릴론아셉트는 미국 식품의약국(FDA)으로부터 고아 약품 지정을 받았으며 가족성 감기 자가염증후군 머클– 등 크라이오피린 관련 주기증후군(CAPS) 치료에 쓰인다.웰스 증후군.[3][6]라일라셉트는 FDA가 재발성 심막염을 치료하도록 승인한 첫 번째 약물이다.[3]Rilonacept는 2008년 2월 미국에서 의료용으로 승인되었다.[7]
2012년 5월 8일, FDA 자문위원회는 통풍 치료에 대한 라일라셉트의 승인에 대해 11 대 0으로 찬성표를 던졌는데, 이로 인해 약물과 관련된 위험이 초과되지 않았다고 밝혔다.[8]
