An unspeakable horror (elite) is an elite version of the unspeakable horror that has a chance to spawn upon killing an unspeakable horror. Elite spawn rates can be further increased with the use of fellstalk incense sticks.

Caution should be taken while fighting them in melee range, as their special attack is able to ignore the protection of a witchwood icon.

Main[edit | edit source]

Elite monsters have three rolls of their main drop table.

Tertiary[edit | edit source]

Rare drop table[edit | edit source]

This entity rolls the rare drop table.
Luck-enhancing items are not required to access the table, but they will increase the chance of accessing the rare drop table and may also improve the loot received from it.

Rare drop table
  1. ^ Molten glass removed from the drop table with tier 2 luck.
  2. ^ Runite stone spirit removed from the drop table with tier 3 luck.
  3. ^ Raw lobster removed from the drop table with tier 4 luck.
  4. ^ Vecna skull requires tier 4 luck. Without it, coins are dropped instead.
  5. ^ Cheese+tom batta dropped only without tier 4 luck. Indicates a roll for either Hazelmere's signet ring or a Blurberry Special.
  6. ^ Blurberry Special requires tier 4 luck. Indicates a failed 1/10 roll for Hazelmere's signet ring.
  7. ^ Hazelmere's signet ring requires tier 4 luck.

Universal[edit | edit source]

Universal drops are dropped by nearly every monster and skilling action outside of Daemonheim.
These items are dropped alongside main drops.
