Risen ghosts are Slayer monsters accessible following Unwelcome Guests. They require level 85 Slayer to kill, and are found within the crypt north of Fort Forinthry.

Risen ghosts fall under multiple Slayer categories; as themselves, undead, Zemouregal's undead, and ghosts. When killed as a standalone task, every kill counts as one towards the assignment. If killed on a ghosts, undead, or Zemouregal's undead assignments, every kill counts as two, and while killing them on the Raptor's slayer challenge, they count as three kills each.

The risen ghost has a passive effect, Soul Siphon, that allows its attacks to partially bypass damage mitigation. Additionally, it possesses an energy bar that once filled allows the ghost to heal with its attacks for a time.

- Fixed a spawn animation issue with risen ghosts.
- Risen ghosts' combat XP has been reduced to bring them in line with the intended XP per hour.
