활성화된 T세포의 핵인자인 세포질 1은 NFATC1 [5]유전자에 의해 인간에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자의 산물은 활성화된 T세포 DNA 결합 전사 복합체의 핵 인자의 구성요소이다.이 복합체는 T세포 수용체(TCR) 자극 시 핵으로 전이되는 기존 세포질 성분과 유도성 핵 성분 중 적어도 두 가지 성분으로 구성된다.이 전사인자군에 속하는 단백질은 면역반응 중에 유도성 유전자 전사에 중심적인 역할을 한다.이 유전자의 산물은 유도성 핵 성분이다.시클로스포린과 같은 면역억제제의 주요 분자 표적으로 기능합니다.이 유전자에 대해 구별되는 아이소폼을 코드하는 5가지 전사 변형이 확인되었다.이 단백질의 다른 동질체는 다른 사이토카인 [6]유전자의 유도성 발현을 조절할 수 있다.
